Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology invites bids for the annual procurement of stationery, computer stationery, bedding and clothing, and uniforms for the financial year 2026-27. This framework contract tender covers supplies required at RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree, located in Punjab province. The tender is issued through an open competitive bidding process and seeks qualified suppliers capable of meeting the institutional requirements for office and medical stationery items, computer supplies, bedding materials, and staff uniforms throughout the financial year.
Bidders must meet strict eligibility criteria to participate. Prospective suppliers are required to possess a valid National ID Card (NADRA), minimum one year of documented experience supplying to government or autonomous institutions, valid National Tax Number and General Sale Tax certificate, and valid Professional Tax certificate. Additionally, bidders must submit a technical proposal on company letterhead without price quotations and provide an affidavit confirming their commitment to timely supply and stock replacement as requested by the procuring agency. A bid security of two percent of the estimated price is mandatory in the form of a pay order, bank draft, call deposit receipt, or irrevocable bank guarantee made payable to Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology.
