The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the procurement, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of video colposcope equipment under Package No. 22, Lot-E on DAP basis for the establishment of Tertiary Care Hospital Nishter-II in Multan, Punjab. This single-stage two-envelope bidding process is being re-tendered to equip the hospital with essential diagnostic medical equipment. The procurement is conducted through the Electronic Procurement System (EPADS) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and is governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
All interested bidders must register on EPADS portal at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk to participate. Eligible firms must quote all lots and all items within the lot; any bidder failing to quote all items will be disqualified. A scanned copy of the original bid security must be attached with the technical bid submitted on EPADS, while the original bid security document must be physically submitted to the office of General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II), IDAP on or before the bid submission deadline. Bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted on EPADS on or before 14:30 HRS PST on 28th July 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 15:00 HRS PST in the Committee Room at IDAP headquarters, Ground Floor, 50-B-3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of attending bidder representatives.
