For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
IDAP is procuring imported medical furniture (Package 8, Lot-C) for a 200-bed Mother & Child Hospital in Bahawalnagar—a substantial healthcare infrastructure project.
This is a re-tender, suggesting prior bids were unsuccessful or non-compliant. Critical constraint: bidders must quote ALL lots and ALL items without exception; partial bids face automatic disqualification. Evaluation is on whole-package basis, not item-by-item, favouring integrated suppliers. DAP (Delivered at Place) basis means bidder bears shipping risk. Likely high-value contract given hospital scale and imported specification.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on Punjab's ePADS platform under PPRA. Registration with SECP and valid NTN typically required for corporate entities. No specific PEC category stated, but medical equipment/furniture suppliers with prior healthcare project experience likely preferred. Original bid security document must reach IDAP office physically by deadline; ePADS submission alone insufficient.
