IDAP seeks complete supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of medical simulators (Package 51) for Lady Willingdon Hospital's teaching infrastructure.
This is a specialized medical equipment procurement with DAP delivery terms, likely medium-to-large value given hospital-scale simulator suites. The 12-month timeline (notice dated June 2026, closing July 2026) appears compressed for equipment of this complexity. Bidders must quote all lots/items without exception—partial bids trigger automatic disqualification. This appears a one-off capital project rather than recurring supply.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on Punjab ePADS (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) to participate. No explicit PEC category, NTN, or SECP registration stated in notice. Typically, suppliers of medical equipment to provincial health authorities must hold valid NTN, be registered with relevant professional bodies (if applicable), and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Original bid security must be physically presented to GM (Healthcare Projects-II), IDAP by deadline.
