For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
HIT Taxila seeks service providers for precision calibration and fitment work on test bench equipment—a specialised capability requiring technical expertise and likely previous defence/industrial sector experience.
The 45-day delivery window post-contract is tight for this type of work. The Rs 2,000 bid fee and three-year track record requirement suggest this is not a routine tender; capacity and OEM relationships matter significantly. Foreign bidders are not explicitly barred but eligibility is tied to Pakistani regulatory registration.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration. Three years of documented contract performance with government or semi-government organisations is required. Firms must not be blacklisted, suspended or debarred. For distributors and agents, active trade links with original equipment manufacturers must be demonstrated. Typically, technical capability certification or ISO accreditation for calibration services would strengthen bids, though not explicitly mandated here.
