Description / Scope of Work
SNGPL Multan Transmission Distribution Office, a key operational unit of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, invites sealed bids for the procurement of a beveling machine under tender reference MNT/TE/042/2026 (P90871). The procurement is funded from reserved funds allocated for FY 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). The beveling machine is required for operational use within SNGPL's Multan Transmission Distribution Office, located in Multan, Punjab. The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) methodology in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant regulatory guidelines issued by the procuring authority.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or an alternative bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. E-bids prepared in accordance with bidding document instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 03:00 PM. Bid opening will be conducted electronically using the EPADS generated system.
