Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the hiring of containers, cranes, fork lifters and public service/carriage vehicles under procurement reference P55049. This national procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for eligible contract payments. The procurement will be conducted for the Islamabad Capital Territory region using a single stage-two envelope bidding process with least cost-based selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
All bidders must be eligible and registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bid security is mandatory and must be submitted in the form of a pay order, call deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft, or alternatively as a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must comply with all eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents before submission.

Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
