For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
ICT Police seeks equipment and vehicle hire spanning containers, cranes, fork lifters, and public service vehicles—a diversified fleet procurement rather than purchase.
Scale appears medium to large given multi-category scope and FY2026-27 budget allocation. Notable: bidding closes mid-2026 (18+ months out), suggesting planning-stage tender; least-cost selection means price competition will be decisive. Recurring hire contracts typically run 12–36 months, implying steady revenue potential for operators with mixed fleet capacity.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 platform; typical requirements include NTN/Sales Tax registration, valid business registration (SECP or local authority), and proof of operational equipment. PEC registration not mentioned; hiring contracts typically do not require PEC. Specific financial/insurance thresholds not detailed in summary—check bidding documents on EPADS.
