Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MOIB) has reserved funds for the fiscal year 2026-27 and invites pre-qualification applications from national service providers for repair and maintenance services covering furniture, computers, printers, fax machines, photocopiers, and light refreshment provision. This procurement is planned for Federal territory and follows a single stage, one envelope pre-qualification process. The successful pre-qualified applicants will subsequently be invited to participate in the formal bidding process, and contract agreements will be executed with selected bidders. The reference number for this procurement is P56201. This pre-qualification exercise aims to establish a roster of qualified service providers capable of delivering comprehensive maintenance and repair services to government facilities.
The pre-qualification process is open to all national applicants meeting the specified eligibility requirements as detailed in the pre-qualification documents. Applicants must demonstrate adequate financial resources, past experience in relevant service provision, and satisfactory net worth.
