CMO Punjab seeks stationery supplies across 10 segregated lots (PKR 10.27M total) for FY 2026-27.
Each lot awards separately, enabling SMEs to compete on single items rather than bundled contracts. The 43-item portfolio suggests recurring operational consumption—favourable for established suppliers with reliable stock. Notable: tight submission window (physical security instruments required same-day at office), mandatory ePADS registration, and lot-by-lot bidding reduces barrier to entry versus monolithic procurement.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold active Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax registrations. Firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order service providers trading in stationery are eligible. Typically, NTN and valid registration certificates with FBR/provincial authorities required. PEC not applicable (non-construction). SECP registration required for limited companies.
