For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Government sewerage rehabilitation project: 24-inch diameter line in Multan district, roughly 3-4 km stretch.
Single-envelope PPRA procurement suggests standard evaluation (cost-primary). Infrastructure scale indicates medium-to-large contract value typical of provincial PHE works. Tight deadline (notice published 24 July, closes 25 July same day) is operationally challenging for physical document collection; e-procurement mandatory. One-off rehabilitation, not recurring. Site access in Jalalpur Pirwala may involve coordination with local administration.
Who can bid: Must be PPRA Punjab-registered contractor with valid PEC license in civil/water supply engineering. Typically requires NTN, active SECP registration (if pvt. limited), and no blacklisting. Blank financial pages and rates analysis required—suggests transparent cost breakdown expected. Bid security via scheduled bank Bid Bond or CDR mandatory; cash not accepted.
