Gilgit Baltistan Board of Revenue seeks four SUV-class rental vehicles (2200–3000cc, 2010+) for the ETI Land Titling Project through end-2026, with potential extension.
This is a comprehensive fleet contract covering vehicle hire, fuel (300L/month allocated), maintenance, repairs, driver provision, and per diem—essentially outsourced transport operations rather than simple vehicle rental. The 15-day submission window is tight; the stated closing is mid-2026 but execution likely begins immediately. Bidders must demonstrate government project experience and backup fleet capacity, signaling the buyer expects reliable, mission-critical service.
Who can bid: Rental transport companies or firms incorporated in Pakistan, minimum three years post-registration experience in rental services (preferably for government/semi-government bodies). Vehicles must be registered with Excise & Taxation (regular or NCP indexed). Typically, bidders require active NTN and PEC registration if applicable to transport category; proof of backup vehicles and facilities required.
