Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Havelian, KPK, invites electronic bids for the supply and fabrication of solid waste management machinery. The procurement includes two Mini Tipper/Dipper units of 1.5 cubic metre capacity, one front end loader and back hoe attachment, and two Hydraulic Tipping trolleys with five-tonne capacity. All chassis and tractors required for assembly will be provided by the department. This tender is issued under the authority of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and follows KPPRA Rules 2014 procurement guidelines. The total scope covers complete fabrication, supply, delivery to the TMA office, and operational training for departmental staff.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed and experienced manufacturers or fabricators registered on the EPAD portal with valid NTN, GST registration, and 3S facility certifications covering sales, service, and spare parts availability within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Bidders must submit a two percent bid security of the total bid price as a cash deposit receipt in the name of TMO TMA Havelian, sealed in a separate envelope and delivered physically before the closing deadline. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPPRA taxes, and stamp duties as per Government Rules shall be borne by the successful bidder.
Bid solicitation documents are available for download from the EPAD website at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders must submit e-bids through the EPAD portal on or before 23-07-2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM in accordance with KPPRA rules. After technical evaluation, financial bids from responsive bidders will be opened publicly at a date, time, and venue to be communicated by email. All rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free supply and delivery included. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids shall be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender with cogent reason.
