Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government and Rural Development Department, District Tank, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed tenders for uplifting and beautification activities including infrastructure improvement, monuments, street lights and green spaces across Southern Districts of KPK such as Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank and Dera Ismail Khan. Two works are advertised under MRS–2025 (Annual) and Non-MRS schemes with estimated costs of 0.702 million and 1.500 million rupees respectively. The first work concerns construction and beautification of Model Street Mustafa Korona in District Tank with a bid security of 14,040 rupees and submission deadline of 05.08.2026 at 12:30 PM. The second work relates to construction and beautification of Model Street Masjid Gul Haleem Shah on the civil line in Tank City with estimated cost of 1.500 million rupees and pending tender details. Both contracts will be awarded and executed under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year through single stage single envelope procedure via EPADS e-procurement portal.
Prospective bidders must register themselves on the ePADS portal to obtain a unique username and password for participation. Eligible contractors must possess relevant codes from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide bid security at two percent of the estimated cost as specified. All applicable taxes will be recovered in accordance with government directives, and bidders must ensure PEC and KPPRA registration validity for the current financial year. Bid documents downloaded from the official ePADS website or KP-PPRA portal must be submitted neatly in clear scanned format without any cutting or overwriting. Any bidder providing false, materially inaccurate or incomplete information will be disqualified under KPPRA Act Section 29(1) read with KPPRA Rule 43.
Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.kppra.gov.pk after publishing the Notice of Intent. Bid securities and detail rate analysis must be delivered through courier to the Assistant Director (Sr) LG & RDD Headquarters, District Tank, Bannu Road Tank by the closing deadline. The electronic bid opening will commence at 01:00 PM on 05.08.2026, and interested contractors may present themselves at the opening. Bids remain valid for 90 days from the closing date, and the procurement entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance in light of KPPRA Rule 47. Work commencement must occur within 15 days of work order issuance, and failure will result in cancellation and forfeiture of additional security.
