Description / Scope of Work
The Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU) has reserved funds for the procurement of non-consultancy services planned for fiscal year 2026-27. This tender seeks qualified bidders to provide and establish a 100 Mbps point-to-point intranet link connecting the FMU office in Karachi (located at 2nd Floor, Main SBP Building, I.I Chundrigar Road, Saddar Sub-Division) with the FMU office in Islamabad. The contract is referenced as P56786 and will be procured through open competitive bidding using the least cost based selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The scope encompasses the full provision of network infrastructure and related services to establish reliable high-speed connectivity between these two major federal offices across provinces.
All eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) to participate in this procurement. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form of a pay order, bank guarantee, demand draft, or bid securing declaration on the prescribed format. The procurement follows a single stage-two envelope procedure, meaning both technical and financial proposals must be included in the submission. Prospective vendors who are not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ to become eligible for bidding.
