Description / Scope of Work
The PTA (Pakistan Telecom Authority) invites bids for the hiring of security services at its Zonal Office in Karachi under the Non-Consultancy Services procurement category. This is a national-level procurement planned for the financial year 2026-27, utilizing reserved funds to cover eligible payments under the contract. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform, employing a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Open Competitive Bidding methodology and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and must submit all bids accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft, or a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. The bidding process will be governed by the eligibility and evaluation criteria specified in the bidding document, and all technical and commercial requirements are detailed in the scope of work and services specifications sections.
E-bids prepared in accordance with the e-bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, July 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submission will not be entertained.
