For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Two concurrent major highway rehabilitation projects totaling ~Rs 4.6 billion across KP: Abbottabad-Nathiagali-Barian (57.5 km) and Bagnotar-Bargian-Kozagali-Ayubia-Khanspur corridors.
Scale indicates large provincial infrastructure work requiring pre-qualification. Notable: bidders already pre-selected from five named contractors only—external competition excluded. Tiered bid security penalties (2%-8%+ escalation) suggest cost competitiveness is critical evaluation factor. One-off ADP project for 2026-27.
Who can bid: Strictly limited to five pre-qualified contractors named (Al-Mehreen, Probuilt, New Khan Builders, Techno Time, MSK International). Must hold valid KP Revenue Authority registration under KP Finance Act 2013. Typically, PEC F-category (roads/highways) required for such work, though not explicitly stated here. NTN mandatory for tax compliance.
