Description / Scope of Work
The Conservator Wildlife Malakand Wildlife Circle Swat invites competitive bids from registered and experienced firms for the procurement of specialized wildlife survey and monitoring equipment under the project titled Survey and Mapping of Wildlife in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement comprises three lots: two Ecological and Research Acoustic Sensors (Bioacoustics Recorders) estimated at Rs. 1.4 million, one Drone Camera with accessories estimated at Rs. 1.0 million, and ten Camera traps estimated at Rs. 1.2 million. The total project value is Rs. 3.6 million and falls under the single stage single envelope bidding procedure governed by KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. All procurement activities will be conducted through the electronic procurement system EPADS and submissions must be made by 05-08-2026 at the office located in Tindogod, Swat.
Participating firms must be duly registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with the relevant tax authorities of Pakistan. Bidders are required to provide copies of their National Identity Card, proof of active tax registration, and an affidavit confirming non-involvement in any court proceedings with the department. Each bid must be accompanied by a 2 percent bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt from any scheduled bank of Pakistan, prepared separately for each lot. The bid security amounts are Rs. 28,000 for lot 1, Rs. 20,000 for lot 2, and Rs. 24,000 for lot 3. All bidding documents must be free of cutting, overwriting, or alterations, and applications must be signed by an authorized representative with the official firm stamp.
Bidding documents are available for download from the official EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/ following publication of this notice. Bidders must register on the EPADS portal and submit complete online bids with scanned copies of all required documents and original bid securities in sealed envelopes via registered courier. The opening of electronic bids will take place on the same day at 1230 hours. Bidders may seek clarifications from the office of the Conservator Wildlife Malakand Wildlife Circle Swat until one day before the closing date.
