Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Highway Division-II of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders enrolled with the C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for two major development initiatives in Peshawar district under the KPPRA procurement framework. The first project involves resurfacing and construction of roads with drainage systems in Peshawar-I and Peshawar-II, with an estimated cost of Rs 3,935,000 and tender fee of Rs 60,000. The second initiative is the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for District Peshawar, comprising improvement of basic infrastructure in rural areas, rehabilitation of Janazgah community centers, and enhancement of basic services in multiple locations including Haryana, Wadpaga, Nahaqi, Khazana, Budhni, Gulbela, and Kankola, with an estimated cost of Rs 2,040,000 and tender fee of Rs 30,000 for each component.
Eligible bidders must be enrolled with the C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council. Bids fall under category C-4 and above. All bids must be submitted in single envelope single stage procedure by 12:00 PM on 28 July 2026, with opening scheduled for the same day. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer at C&W Highway Division-II, Peshawar, located at Plot No. Phase-V, Adjacent to NADRA Office, Hayatabad Peshawar.
