Description / Scope of Work
The University of Health Sciences Lahore invites sealed bids from sole manufacturers, authorized distributors and authorized dealers registered with the sales tax and income tax authorities for hiring of transportation services for MDCAT 2026. This tender, reference number UHS/PUR/MDCAT/26/356, covers transportation logistics required for the Medical and Dental College Admission Test across Punjab province. The estimated cost of the contract is PKR 5,220,837 with a total bid security requirement of PKR 104,417. The scope encompasses comprehensive vehicle hiring and transportation coordination to support the smooth conduct of MDCAT examinations throughout the province.
Eligible bidders must be registered with sales and income tax authorities and hold valid tax documentation. Bidding will follow a single-stage one-envelope format containing both financial and technical proposals as per EPAD/SPEPS and PPRA Punjab Rule 3(1) guidelines. Bidders are required to provide 2% refundable earnest money in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Bank Cheque drawn in favor of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences Lahore. The procurement process is governed by PPRA Punjab rules and the procuring agency reserves the right to disqualify any supplier or contractor if bid information is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete under PPRA Rule 2014 (Amended).

Bids must be submitted on EPAD/SPEPS by 03:00 pm on 28 July 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 03:30 pm the same day by the Tender Committee at the University.
