Pakistan Ordnance Factories Supply Chain Management, based in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites competitive bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers and registered suppliers for the supply of 2 items of machine and plant spares of a mechanical nature against tender reference 0225/LP/SJL/56 dated 17 June 2026. The procurement is open to bidders registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan. Complete item-wise details, technical specifications and tender conditions are available free of cost from the POF website at www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk or may be obtained directly from the Director Supply Chain Management office at Wah Cantt.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and should meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to submit their proposals strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions prescribed in the tender documentation. All submissions must be made through the online portal only; no manual or offline submissions will be accepted.
Bidders must submit completed bids online via www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk on or before 10 September 2026 at 1130 hours. Tender opening will take place at 1200 hours on the same date at the POF premises.
