The Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (PCMMDC), Rawalpindi Division, invites bids for the provision of security services at the Model Cattle Market Gondal in Attock district. This tender is issued under reference PCMMDC/RWP-01/2026-27 and covers comprehensive security arrangements including personnel, equipment, and management services to ensure the safety and security of the cattle market facility, livestock, and visitors. The contract scope encompasses round-the-clock security operations with trained security personnel, patrolling, access control, and incident response capabilities at the Gondal market location in Punjab province.
Bidders must be registered security service providers with valid licenses and credentials from relevant Pakistani regulatory authorities. Eligible bidders should demonstrate prior experience in providing security services at commercial or agricultural facilities. A bid security amount shall be required from all participating bidders to ensure good faith participation. All applicable minimum wage rates and taxes must be incorporated into the bid prices in compliance with Pakistani labour laws and tax regulations.
