WASA Lahore seeks RPC manhole cover sets (recycled plastic composite, black/grey with monogram) for citywide sewerage infrastructure.
This is a substantial procurement (Rs. 48.74M) with standardized product specifications, indicating likely repeat orders as Lahore's water infrastructure expands. The 120-day bid validity and single-stage two-envelope process suggest WASA will evaluate multiple suppliers; manufacturers with recycled plastic composite capabilities and existing WASA relationships have advantage. The narrow product definition (material, color, engraving) favors established players meeting exact specifications.
Who can bid: Bidders must be manufacturers, authorized dealers, or suppliers registered with Punjab e-procurement system, FBR (active filer NTN), and PRA (active PNTN). Registration with these three bodies is mandatory; typical additional requirements include relevant category from PEC (typically Category G for suppliers/dealers), valid GST registration, and no blacklist status.
