Description / Scope of Work
The Press Information Department, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan invites pre-qualification of authorized and eligible firms, contractors, and bidders for the provision of various services for the financial year 2026-27 in Islamabad. The required services include printing services, IT services, internet services with fiber optic connectivity at 50 Mbps, provision of security guards, hiring of mini buses and coasters for staff transportation between Rawalpindi and Islamabad, janitorial services, and plumbing, carpentry, and electrical services. Services will be procured on an as-needed basis with varying engagement models from temporary monthly arrangements to service contracts.
Interested firms must have an established operational office in all major cities including Islamabad, be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and listed on the Active Taxpayers List for both income tax and GST purposes, and be registered on the PPRA e-PADS Portal. Bidders must be current valid vendors of AGPR Islamabad for the financial year 2026-27 and are required to submit a security deposit of 5 percent of the quoted price as a pay order in favor of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, PID Islamabad. Blacklisted firms are ineligible to apply, and incomplete or conditional proposals will be rejected.
Tender documents are available at www.pid.gov.pk and the e-PADS portal. Bidders must submit proposals exclusively through the e-PADS Portal only, duly signed and stamped, with the security deposit uploaded digitally. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted or entertained. The deadline for submission is July 30, 2026 by 02:00 PM; late submissions will not be accepted. Bidders must provide NTN, sales tax registration number, AGPR vendor number, and IBAN details. Payment will be made upon submission of verified invoices and completion of AGPR pre-audit.
