Central Ordnance Depot Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible and registered suppliers for the supply of general stores as per the enclosed list in this tender document. The procurement is being conducted under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2004 (as amended). The tender reference is KRD ltr no. 1002/KRD-01 Zonal First Half/26-27/LP dated 06 July 2026. Supplies will be delivered on an as-and-when-required basis to multiple locations including Karachi, Malir Cantt, Hyderabad Cantt, and Pano Aqil Cantt in Sindh province. All offered items must be brand new and unused, strictly conforming to Army-approved specifications, drawings, and samples, and must be packed in standard packaging such as wooden boxes, cartons, or crates.
Bidders must be eligible and registered suppliers with Central Ordnance Depot Karachi. Mandatory submission requirements include original bid with duplicate copy, photocopies of Sales Tax Registration Certificate, National Tax Number (NTN) Certificate, CNIC of Managing Director or Proprietor, attested bank statements for the last one year, and an undertaking on Rs. 100 judicial paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted, has not been involved in litigation or default, and accepts all tender terms and conditions. Technical drawings and specifications can be obtained from the Local Purchase Branch at COD Karachi. Prices must remain valid until 31 December 2026 and must include all applicable government taxes. Suppliers must replace or repair defective items within 7 days of notification during the warranty period. All supplies will be subject to inspection and testing by authorized bodies including a Board of Officers, Quality Control Lab, or user acceptance, with costs borne by the supplier.
Bids must be submitted in sealed separate envelopes for technical and financial proposals to the Local Purchase Branch, Central Ordnance Depot Karachi by 27 July 2026 at 1030 hours. Bids will be opened at 1100 hours on the same date. Prices and quotations must be clearly quoted against each item in hard copy (typed, not handwritten) signed and stamped on each page, along with a soft copy in Excel format via USB. Items not being quoted must be marked as NOT QUOTED. No alteration of rows, columns, or serial numbers is allowed in the quoted list.
