For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Government department seeking renovation of internal office spaces (committee room, electrification) within a Rs.
10 million envelope, tied to forest governance digitalization. Single-stage e-tendering process suggests straightforward scope. Notably, bids below 90% of engineer's estimate face rejection—a ceiling unusual in KP procurement that protects against underpricing. One-off project with 18-month delivery window; bidders should verify PEC eligibility early as E-PAD registration often delays.
Who can bid: PEC registration (relevant civil/electrical category) mandatory per stated requirements. Valid business registration, NTN/SECP compliance, and financial capacity proof required—typical for KP-PPRA works. Only registered contractors on E-PAD platform eligible. No foreign bidder restriction stated but Pakistani registration appears assumed.
