Description / Scope of Work
The University of Health Sciences, Lahore invites bids for hiring transportation services for MDCAT 2026 under tender reference UHS/PUR/MDCAT/26/366. The estimated procurement value is PKR 5,220,837 for providing comprehensive transportation solutions to support the Medical and Dental College Admission Test 2026 conducted by the University. This tender is open to sole proprietors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, and authorized dealers registered with relevant tax authorities in Punjab Province. The transportation services are required to facilitate the smooth conduct of MDCAT examinations across various examination centers and venues.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities and must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated amount (PKR 104,417) in the form of bank guarantee, call deposit receipt, bank cheque, demand draft, or online payment in favor of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore. Bids will be evaluated following a single-stage, one-envelope procedure containing both technical and financial proposals as per PPRA Punjab rules under Rule 38(1)(a). The bid validity period must extend until the closing of the current financial year.
Bidding documents are available on the University of Health Sciences website (www.uhs.edu.pk) and the Punjab E-Procurement System (ePADS/PEPS) portal at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk from the date of publication. Bids must be submitted electronically through ePADS/PEPS by 28 July 2026 at 03:00 PM, with opening scheduled for 03:30 PM on the same date in the presence of bidders' representatives.
