Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab, Lahore, invites competitive bids from contractors for renovation work at the Syed Wala Branch in Faisalabad, Punjab. This project is identified as ABEP-2026 with an estimated cost of Rs. 285,545. The scope includes construction and renovation of the bank building branch to bring it to modern operational standards. The renovation work must be completed within 45 days of issuance of the work order. Bid documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
Bidders must submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 28.07.2026 at 11:00 am, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 am. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 285,545) must be paid or submitted through 1 links or Bank Guarantee digitally via generated PSID Number in favor of The Bank of Punjab on or before the submission deadline. All prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and must include applicable taxes such as GST and Income Tax. Bids that do not comply with specifications and terms and conditions will be rejected as non-responsive. Alternative bids will not be considered.
The bidding process follows PPRA rules under a single stage, two envelope procedure. Bid documents must contain all bid items, technical details, and support during the warranty period.
