Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites bids from qualified contractors for renovation and construction work at its Mamu Kanjan Branch located in Faisalabad, Punjab. This project, referenced as ABEP-2026, has an estimated cost of Rs. 240,417 and will be executed through a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA rules. The scope includes all renovation work, technical specifications, and warranty period support as detailed in the tender documents. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and must comply fully with the bidding documents; alternative bids will not be considered.
Prospective bidders must demonstrate their capability to execute construction and renovation work and must submit a 2% bid security of the estimated cost, which can be submitted as a bank guarantee or through 1-link digitally via the generated PSID number. All prices quoted must be in Pakistani Rupees and must include all applicable taxes, including GST and income tax. Bids quoted without applicable taxes will be rejected as non-responsive. Bidders must ensure their bids are valid for 90 days from the closing date and that all quoted prices include delivery costs and other ancillary expenses.
Bid documents may be obtained or downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded and submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 28 July 2026 at 11:00 AM; technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. The project completion period is 45 days after issuance of the work or purchase order.
