Small-scale bank branch renovation contract (Rs. 240k) via e-procurement.
45-day execution timeline suggests interior finishes/minor structural work rather than major construction. Single-stage two-envelope process indicates straightforward scope with minimal complexity. Key constraint: all-inclusive pricing in PKR with mandatory tax compliance—non-compliance triggers automatic rejection. Tight submission deadline (28 July 2026) requires immediate registration on Punjab e-procurement portal. One-off project with no indication of repeat work.
Who can bid: Typically requires PEC registration (Category G minimum for renovation contractors in Punjab), active NTN, and SECP registration if applicable. Must demonstrate prior renovation/construction execution capability. No explicit restrictions stated; however, compliance with Punjab e-Procurement System registration is mandatory. Bidders must be able to generate PSID number for digital bid security submission.
