PSC seeks agricultural labour contractors for 80-acre paddy transplantation at Sahiwal farm—a straightforward, time-bound manpower engagement worth ~Rs 12.8M.
The scope is labour-intensive field work with defined area and likely seasonal timing. One-time procurement under PPRA competitive rules suggests this may recur annually but is not a standing contract. Tight deadline (July 2026) and dual security requirements (bid + performance) indicate PSC's standard operational discipline; no unusual technical stipulations, making this accessible to established labour contractors with relevant farm experience.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid NTN and PRA registration certificates. Undertaking required confirming no prior blacklisting by PSC. Typically, contractors should be registered with SECP (if partnership/company) or hold FBR registration. All-inclusive pricing mandated (Income Tax, GST, PRA/PST). No specific PEC category cited for manpower services.
