Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Principal Scientist at Vegetable Research Institute, Faisalabad, located in Punjab, invites tenders for the purchase of packing material required for preparation of winter vegetable seed kits intended for kitchen gardening. This procurement is being conducted under Tender Notice No. 01/2026-27 on the Punjab e-Procurement System on an item-wise rate basis. Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure will be adopted as per PPRA Rules 38, with proposals marked as Technical and Financial Proposal.

Tenders must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 27.07.2026 at 02:00 P.M., with public opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Chairman Purchase Committee in Faisalabad.
