Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicines, Disposables and Surgical Items FY 2026-27

THQ Hospital Murree, operating under the Health & Population Department of the Government of Punjab, invites sealed bids for a framework contract covering the local purchase of medicines, disposables and surgical items (both national and multinational) for the financial year 2026-27. This tender encompasses medicines, surgical supplies and disposable items required for THQ Hospital Murree as well as supporting Social Welfare Medicine and Sehat Suhalat Program activities. The procurement will follow the Punjab Medicine Formulary, PPRA rules, and the Health Department's policy and operational guidelines for local medicine purchases. The estimated bid security is calculated at 2% of 8 Million Rupees, amounting to Rs. 160,000.

Bidders must hold a valid drug sale license issued under the Drug Act 1976 and Punjab Drug Rules to be eligible for participation. The tender follows a single stage single envelope bidding procedure requiring both a technical proposal and a financial proposal as mandated by PPRA Rules 2014. Bid security of Rs. 160,000 must be physically submitted to the office of the Medical Superintendent. All submissions must be made exclusively through the Punjab E-procurement portal, and response time will be calculated from the official publication date on the PPRA website.

Online bids must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on 27th July 2026 through the Punjab E-procurement portal.
