Set Material Items Purchase for KICK OFF TV Programme by PTV

Pakistan Television Corporation Limited invites sealed quotations for the purchase of set material items required for the production of a special television programme titled KICK OFF. The procurement includes floor starr turf grass (2000 sq ft), vinyl (866 nos), LED TV 50 inch TCL (2 nos), wooden lars of various dimensions (50 nos), hardware items, SMD rope light, sofa single seaters (3 nos), stands for LED (2 nos), central table, sealing material, lasani MDF sheets 8mm (16 nos), lasani sheets (6 nos), and UV high glossy sheets (10 nos). This is a purchase basis tender issued from the TV Centre located in Karachi, Federal Province, with reference number PTV/K/26/PS/10.

Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as SET MATERIAL ITEMS on purchase basis. Bidders are required to mention the price and applicable taxes plus GST on each item separately. The quotation must remain valid for a period of 15 days from the date of opening. PTV reserves the right to accept or reject any or all price quotations prior to the acceptance of a bid. All suppliers' addresses are listed on the back side of the enquiry document.

Sealed price tenders should reach the office of the General Manager, Pakistan Television Corporation Limited, with attention of the Incharge Sports or Executive Manager Finance, by 12 Noon on or before 29 July 2026. The bid opening will take place at 3:00 pm in the presence of the vendor or their authorized representative who may wish to attend. Quotations should be sent by Pakistan Post or any reputed courier services.
