Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Petroleum Limited invites sealed bids for supply of diverse equipment, spares, services and infrastructure development across multiple categories. The procurement encompasses treadmills, air conditioners, automatic washing machines and dryers, stationery items, valve pulses for gas turbine inlet filters, spares for generating sets, relay sockets, pressure switches, hose assemblies, O-rings, gaskets, pressure gauges, selector switches, differential pressure switches, solenoid valves, ethernet switches and H2S detector sensors. Additional tenders cover packaged reciprocating compressors for Gambat South 100 psi compression project in Sindh, manually material loading and unloading services at Karachi, corrosion coupon fittings, line pipes, pipe fittings, flanges, accessories, valves, wellhead chokes and controllers for diesel engine driven fire pumps at Kandhkot field. Construction services include design and fabrication of compressors and construction of new asphaltic roads and repair of existing black top roads at Zafir gas processing facility in Gambat South block, district Sanghar, Sindh. The scope ranges from small consumable items to major infrastructure and equipment supply contracts.
Bidders must obtain tender documents and submit bids exclusively through PPL's e-procurement portal at https://eprocurement.ppl.com.pk. All bids must comply with the Instruction for Bidders Section of the respective tender documents. Bidders should ensure they meet all technical, financial and regulatory requirements as specified in individual tender documents. Bids submitted through other channels or after the closing date will not be considered. Bidders who have already submitted proposals may withdraw and resubmit before the revised closing date.
Bids close on 10 September 2026 at 1500 hours for the first batch and 14 September 2026 at 1500 hours for newspaper-published tenders, with opening thirty minutes thereafter. Extended tender PD/E&C/PT/34221/26 closes on 10 September 2026. Tender documents are available on the e-procurement portal.
