Central Sterile Supply Department Equipment and Pharmaceuticals by Pakistan Ordnance Factories

Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF), a government entity, invites sealed quotations for the supply of Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) equipment and therapeutic goods/pharmaceuticals. Successful bidders must provide a performance guarantee of up to 10 percent of the contract amount in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee within 7 working days from issuance of Letter of Intent.

Quotations must comprise a single package with two separate sealed envelopes containing technical offer (excluding price, with delivery schedule and validity for 90 days minimum) and commercial offer (with pricing and payment terms). Suppliers must quote on free delivery basis at POF Hospital Wah Cantt, with all octroi duties payable by the supplier. Taxes and duties must be shown separately with proper registration references. All supplies are subject to inspection and acceptance by the purchaser's nominated authority. Rejected stores must be replaced at supplier's expense.
