For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
GDA is procuring two separate infrastructure projects: a water supply scheme for Gilgit City (C-2+ contractors, 10M security) and a road extension from STP to KKH plus link roads (C-3+ contractors, 3.5M security).
Combined scale suggests medium-to-large regional development. Notable: dual projects under single bidding process with consecutive submission windows (29-30 July), tight timeline from notice to bid closure, and staggered pre-bid meetings. Document procurement fees (30K and 20K respectively) are non-refundable. Likely one-off infrastructure completion rather than recurring maintenance.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses for FY 2025-26 in category C-2 or above (water supply) or C-3 or above (roads). Typically, NTN and SECP registration also required for financial credibility. Bid security via scheduled Pakistani bank mandatory. No other restrictions stated.
