Supply and Fabrication of Heavy Equipment by Tehsil Municipal Administration Drosh

Tehsil Municipal Administration Drosh invites bids for the supply and fabrication of three categories of heavy municipal equipment under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules. The procurement includes two units of mini tipper dumpers with 1.5 cubic metre chassis, two units of hydraulic tipping trolleys with five tonne capacity complete with hook and sunshade, and one unit of front-end loader with back hoe and sunshade, all to be delivered to the TMA Drosh office in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Bidders must download technical specifications, evaluation criteria and bidding documents from the KPPRA e-Procurement portal (ePADS). A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must accompany each application submitted at the TMA office. Bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt equal to two percent of the bid amount must be submitted in hard copy at the time of bidding. All bids must strictly adhere to the terms and conditions provided in the bidding documents, with rates quoted for delivery to TMA Drosh office and all applicable government taxes deducted as per rules. Technical bids will be opened on 7th August 2026 at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Incomplete, conditional or telegraphic bids will not be entertained, and the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids based on cogent reasons in accordance with KPPRA Rules.
