Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery by Tehsil Municipal Administration Takht-e-Nasrati

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Takht-e-Nasrati, operating under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed tenders through single stage two envelope method for the fabrication of solid waste machinery. The procurement includes three items: supply and fabrication of a front-end loader and back hoe, supply and fabrication of one 1.5 cubic meter mini tipper, and supply and fabrication of a tractor trolley. The chassis for the work shall be supplied by TMA. All items are required to be delivered with free supply and delivery to the TMA office on a FOR basis. This tender is open to well-reputed and experienced manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers and firms having valid National Tax Number (NTN), Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration, renewed Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration, and 3S facility certification for sale, service and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Eligible bidders must be duly registered on the EPAD link at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are required to submit original two percent bid security of the total bid price in the form of a CDR in the name of "TMO TMA Takht-e-Nasrati" in a sealed envelope. The e-bid must be submitted through EPADS on or before 09-07-2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening on the same day. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, and KPPRA taxes shall be borne by the manufacturer or supplier, with FBR registration and tax payer certification required for supply of components and duly approved letters of authority from the competent authority.

Specifications and details will be uploaded on EPADS for download. Interested bidders should obtain the bid documents from EPADS. The technical proposals will be evaluated according to the bid document requirements, and financial bids of technically accepted and responsive bidders will be opened at a date, time and venue communicated after technical evaluation. The successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late or hand-written bids will not be entertained. Purchase order will be issued subject to release of funds, and the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reason as per KPPRA Rules.
