Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) invites pre-qualification applications from national firms for the provision of event management services under procurement reference P60065. This non-consulting services procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for eligible contract payments. The pre-qualification process aims to identify and shortlist qualified service providers who will subsequently be invited to participate in the formal bidding process. Only pre-qualified applicants will be entitled to submit bids and compete for the final contract award. The scope encompasses comprehensive event management services to be delivered in accordance with FDE's requirements and specifications.
Eligibility is open to all national applicants meeting the criteria detailed in the pre-qualification documents. Interested firms must submit complete applications demonstrating their financial capacity, technical competence, past experience in event management or related services, and organizational capability.
