Supply of Marine and Naval Equipment by Pakistan Navy Local Purchase Division

Pakistan Navy's Local Purchase Division invites sealed tenders for the supply of various marine and naval equipment including ship sailing rigging components and kail wood sleepers required for naval operations in Sindh province. The tender encompasses procurement of specialized maritime products and construction materials sourced both locally and internationally, with quantities and specifications detailed in the attached tender bulletin. The scope of work includes supply, delivery, and quality assurance of items to be used by the Pakistan Navy for operational and maintenance purposes. Registered and unregistered firms are eligible to participate in this tender invitation with tenders scheduled to be opened on 29 July 2026.

All firms must pay a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 500 per quotation via bank draft, pay order, cross cheque, or online transfer to the PN Nonpublic Fund LP Division IT Fund Account (PK04 MEZN 0001 7001 0321 0586). Unregistered firms are required to submit a performance security (bid bond) equivalent to five percent of the purchase order value in the form of a pay order or bank draft valid for six months. Registered firms are exempt from this security requirement. Firms are encouraged to register with HQ COMLOG to avoid the security payment by contacting SO Contract on 021-48506138. Lab testing charges, if any, shall be borne by the supplying firm.
