Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the procurement of cartridges SAA 12 bore AAA and cartridges SAA 12 bore BB. This is a defence stores procurement managed through Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, Islamabad, Federal Pakistan. Tender reference number R2608360030 covers the supply of ammunition as per the specifications detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). Eligible firms must be registered with DGDP (Directorate General Defence Purchase) or willing to register before contract award. Firms must demonstrate requisite technical and financial capability to supply defence ammunition. A bank challan of Rs. 200 (for DGDP-registered firms) or Rs. 300 (for all other firms) payable to CMA(DP) is mandatory. Tax filing proof and DGDP registration letter (if applicable) must be submitted. All tenders are governed by PPRA Rules 2004, DPP&I-35 (Revised 2024), and the Defence Purchase contract form DP-19.
Tender documents may be obtained from the Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Through Bahria Gate, Near SNIDS Centre, Naval Residential Complex. Sealed proposals must be submitted in three separate envelopes containing technical offer (in duplicate), earnest money, and commercial offer respectively. Technical offers will be opened first on the stated date; commercial offers follow upon compliance confirmation.
