Canopy Top Sheet and False Ceiling Replacement Services by PSO

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for providing services related to replacement of canopy top sheets and false ceiling at Razi Service Station (CF) in the Karachi Division, Sindh province. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of 22 SWG corrugated galvanized iron sheets for canopy roofing, installation of 16 SWG GI sheet guttering and cladding, provision of 4-inch diameter UPVC drain pipes, application of high elastomeric water proofing with sealing flex, and complete installation of false ceiling with pre-painted steel sheet strips. The work also encompasses removal and reinstallation of canopy lights with wiring and adjustment of blue bars arrangement. Reference number RF19788SI, SAP number 6100017369, issued on 11 July 2026.

Eligible contractors must quote on all items specified in the request for quotation. Contractors are required to provide adequate and fully functional personal protective equipment to all workers and maintain strict compliance with all health, safety and environment standards prescribed by PSO. Contractors shall be responsible for risk assessment, mitigation measures, work planning, and removal and disposal of debris outside the retail outlet premises as per engineer-in-charge instructions. Bid security and earnest money details are to be submitted as per PSO requirements.
