Rent and Supply Items for 14 August 2026 and Eid Milad ul Nabi Celebration by District Council Bahawalpur

District Council Bahawalpur invites electronic bids for the procurement of rent items and supply/purchase items required for the arrangement and celebration of 14 August 2026 (Pakistan's Independence Day) and Eid Milad ul Nabi (Birth of Prophet Muhammad) 2026. This tender is divided into two lots: Lot 1 comprises rent items for the celebration with an estimated cost of PKR 5,056,980 and Lot 2 comprises supply and purchase items with an estimated cost of PKR 6,799,160. Eligible bidders must be firms or companies engaged in trading, registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. All electronic bids must be accompanied by bid security in the specified amounts: PKR 252,849 for Lot 1 and PKR 339,958 for Lot 2.
