Horizontal Directional Drilling HDD Service for Quetta Pipeline by SSGC

SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for hiring of service to perform Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) work on 24 diameter and 12 diameter pipes for the Quetta Pipeline project located at Bibi Nani in Balochistan province. The procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget with reference number P58169 and will be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding process adopting Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. This is a specialized civil works contract requiring HDD expertise for underground pipeline installation.

Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as specified in the bidding documents and must submit bids accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, or Bank Guarantee, or alternatively a Bid Securing Declaration in the prescribed format. All interested bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate in the bidding process.
