Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites electronic bids from qualified firms and bidders for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap materials through E-PADS Version 2.0. The tender concerns the sale of three lots of ACSR conductor scrap materials located at LESCO regional stores in Punjab, including 24,608 kg of ACSR Dog Conductor Scrap from 132KV Depalpur Grid Station, 23,900 kg of ACSR Dog Conductor Scrap from 132KV Ellahabad Grid Station, and 27,200 kg of ACSR Lynx Conductor Scrap from C-type Store OKLP, with a combined total quantity of 75,708 kg. The materials are being disposed on an "as is where is" basis, and interested bidders are permitted to inspect the scrap at LESCO stores during working hours. Tender reference number 308 is issued for the financial year 2025-2026 under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Bidders must meet standard eligibility and qualification criteria as detailed in the bidding documents. Each lot requires submission of a fixed bid security in acceptable form, with Lot 1 requiring PKR 600,000 security and Lot 2 requiring PKR 300,000 security. All bids shall be considered exclusive of all applicable taxes, which will be charged separately at the time of final payment in accordance with government regulations. Original bid security documents must be submitted to the office of Chief Engineer (MM) at LESCO Headquarters before the scheduled bid submission deadline.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications can be downloaded from the PPRA website and E-PADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. The tender will be conducted through the E-PADS Version 2.0 platform in accordance with Section 36/A of PPRA Rules 2004 as amended. The bid opening is scheduled for 30 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Prospective bidders should obtain complete bidding documents from the official e-procurement portal and submit their electronic bids through the designated platform before the closing deadline.
