Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) invites sealed bids from interested parties for the auction and disposal of twelve used official vehicles, comprising Toyota Corolla Altis, Suzuki Cultus, Suzuki Carry Van, Suzuki Mehran, and Honda Motorcycle, all model year 2012. The vehicles are offered on an as-is-where-is and with all faults basis. The auction will be held on Tuesday, 15th September, 2026, up to 12:00 PM at the FIEDMC Office, M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahianwala Interchange, Faisalabad, Punjab. Reserve prices range from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 2,050,000 depending on vehicle type and engine capacity. Inspection of vehicles may be conducted on working days up to 14th September, 2026, during office hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM at the FIEDMC Site Office in Faisalabad.
Participating bidders must present original and attested CNIC copies with complete address and contact details prior to auction commencement. Bid submission forms must be obtained from the FIEDMC office and a separate bid security and submission form is required for each vehicle. Bids must be submitted by Tuesday, 15th September, 2026, up to 12:00 PM. No bid below the reserve price shall be entertained. Bidders who are blacklisted or debarred by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority or any procuring agency are ineligible to participate.
Token money equivalent to 5% of the reserve price must be deposited with each bid in the form of cash, pay order, or CDR. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the total bid amount on the spot as earnest money and the remaining 75% balance within seven working days of the auction. All prevailing government taxes, including Advance Income Tax under the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, shall be payable by the successful bidder. Registration documents and physical possession of vehicles shall be delivered only upon realization of full payment, including applicable taxes.
