Description / Scope of Work
SSGC (Procurement Department) invites bids for hiring of a contractor to dismantle retired gas meters and recycle dismantled aluminum die cast parts for supply of aluminum alloy AI-Si12cu1 ingots under reference P85030. This is a non-consultancy services procurement for the fiscal year 2026-27, covering dismantling operations and recycling processes across Sindh province. The procurement adopts a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure through open competitive bidding using Quality Based Selection (QBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and must submit bids through the electronic system only. All bids require bid security in the form of a pay order, bank guarantee, or bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding document. Eligibility criteria and detailed service specifications are outlined in the bid data sheet and related sections of the standard bidding document.
E-bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/85030. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
