Disposal of ACSR Dog Conductor Scrap by Lahore Electric Supply Company

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed electronic bids for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap materials through E-PADS (Version 2.0). The tender covers approximately 92,564 kilograms of ACSR Dog Conductor scrap in pieces distributed across four grid stations in Punjab, including 132KV Pattoki Grid Station, 132KV Baseerpur Grid Station, 132KV Ellahabad Grid Station, and 132KV Hujra Shahmuqeem Grid Station. All materials are being disposed on an as-is-where-is basis at regional store locations in Lahore and surrounding areas. The total bid security required is PKR 1,200,000 for Lot 1.

Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit original bid security in acceptable form to the Chief Engineer (Materials Management) at LESCO Headquarters before the scheduled bid submission time. All participants must be registered with the relevant authorities and comply with Public Procurement Rules 2004 (PPRA-2004) under the 36/A procedure. Interested bidders may inspect the scrap materials on working days during office hours at the specified LESCO store locations. Reserve prices are exclusive of all applicable taxes, which will be charged separately at the time of final payment.

The tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure for National Open Competitive Bidding. Bid submission closes on 30th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same date.
