For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

MEPCO seeks supply of Osprey and Dog variant deadend clamps for transmission/distribution network maintenance.

Single-stage procurement suggests standardized specifications with likely repeat demand from a major utility. Scale appears medium; bidders should note this is a goods supply contract (not installation), implying warehouse/logistics capability matters. Closing date (31 July 2026) indicates reasonable preparation window. Competition likely includes established electrical hardware suppliers given MEPCO's scale.

Who can bid: Valid business registration required; relevant experience in electrical equipment supply mandated. Proof of financial capability must be demonstrated. Bid securing declaration compulsory. Typically, NTN, SECP registration, and vendor registration with MEPCO/WAPDA system expected. International bidders stated as eligible but Pakistani SMEs should verify currency/banking requirements.
