For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
JPCL seeks a contractor for recurring management of coal combustion residues (fly ash, bottom ash, gypsum) from a 660 MW thermal plant.
This is large-scale, continuous industrial waste disposal—not a one-off project. Bidders must handle full logistics chain: collection, transport, and compliant disposal. Environmental regulation adherence is critical given coal ash's hazardous classification. Competition will likely be intense; pre-bid meeting attendance strongly advisable to clarify technical specifications and disposal site requirements that the summary does not detail.
Who can bid: Bidders must be FBR and SRB registered as active taxpayers with clear tax standing. Cannot be debarred or blacklisted from government procurement. PEC category not specified; typically construction/waste management contractors would require PEC registration, though this notice does not mandate it explicitly.
