DISPOSAL OF FLY ASH, BOTTOM ASH & GYPSUM AS A BY PRODUCT OF 660 MW, COAL FIRED POWER PLANT JAMSHORO

Jamshoro Power Company Limited invites national competitive bids for hiring services of a contractor or firm to manage the disposal of fly ash, bottom ash, and gypsum generated as by-products from the 660 MW coal-fired power plant at Jamshoro in Sindh province. This is a critical environmental and operational service required for the continuous management of coal combustion residues. The tender is issued under national competitive bidding rules with a single-stage, one-envelope procedure and least-cost-based selection methodology. The scope encompasses the complete handling, transport, and disposal of these industrial by-products in compliance with applicable environmental regulations and operational standards.

Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must be registered as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Additionally, bidders must not be debarred or blacklisted from government procurement. All bidders are required to submit comprehensive documentary evidence of their tax registration and good standing. The bid security amount is set at PKR 2,000,000 (rupees two million), and the bid validity period extends for 90 days following the opening of proposals.

Bid documents are available for download from the ePADS (electronic Procurement and Auction Directory System) portal and the PPRA website. Electronic submission of bids is mandatory through ePADS. The bid submission deadline is 11:00 hours on 5th August 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 hours on the same date. A pre-bid conference will be conducted on 22nd July 2026 at 12:00 noon in the conference room on the first floor of the administration building at JPCL Jamshoro.
