Supply of Steel Plates, Equipment and Spares for Heavy Engineering Industry

Sealed quotations are invited for the supply of fifteen items for a public sector heavy engineering industry in Punjab. The procurement includes carbon steel plates (ASTM A-36) with approximate weights of 65 tons and 60 tons, industrial radiographic films and accessories, grooving tools, turning inserts, boring and grooving bars, air compressor equipment with refrigerant dryer, electrical components for CNC machines, and various spare parts for CNC machines with 840D, S7, and 828D control systems. Additional items include Weldotherm spares, paint materials, welding torch accessories, and sand blasting equipment. The tender encompasses multiple items across different categories of industrial machinery and consumables required for manufacturing operations.

Prospective bidders must be capable of supplying the specified items according to ASTM standards and technical specifications outlined in the tender documents. Quotations must be accompanied by 2% Earnest Money, and bidders are required to obtain sealed tender documents from the Director (Procurement) office by paying a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.1,000 per document in the form of a bank draft or pay order. All submissions should reach the Director (Procurement) by 10:00 hours on the day prior to the tender opening for public opening at 10:30 hours.

Tender documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions are available from Monday to Friday from the office of the Director (Procurement) on written request. Different items have staggered closing dates between 4th August 2026 and 6th August 2026, all at 10:30 hours. Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number.
